Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA notice may not be effective and we may ignore your request.

Your name, address, and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Once proper counter-notification is received by our agent, we would be required to promptly forward it to the original complaining party. The complaining party then has ten (10) days from receipt of your counter-notification to notify us that he/she has filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive any such notification from the complaining party, we may restore the disputed content to the Service.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
